Custom soldering and wiring services for drone ESCs and related electronics. This listing is for a service, not a soldering machine or a complete drone.
ESC and motor connections: solder motor phase wires to individual or 4-in-1 ESCs; install MR30 three-pin connectors or compatible connectors for removable motor connections.
Power leads and connectors: prepare and solder battery leads, XT30, XT60, XT90, and compatible power connectors; connect ESCs and power distribution boards.
Custom wires and harnesses: cut wires to length, strip and tin ends, splice or extend leads, and assemble wiring harnesses with heat-shrink insulation and strain relief.
Capacitor installation: solder compatible low-ESR capacitors to ESC power inputs, with lead preparation, insulation, and mounting arranged for your build.
Flight controller and peripherals: solder power and signal wires for flight controllers, receivers, video transmitters, FPV cameras, GPS modules, buzzers, and LEDs, where the hardware uses solder connections.
Rework and replacement: replace damaged wires or connectors and rework accessible solder joints, subject to inspection of the board and pads.
